Ian Michon
Julian Robert Michon (Ian) has been a native of Baldwin County for 25 years. Ian enlisted in the U.S. Army at 17 and voluntarily separated after one enlistment. During his second rotation overseas he began studying real estate and chose to pursue it as his career. Since his return home he has devoted his time to expanding his knowledge on his ever growing passion for the industry. His primary focus is both short/long term investments, vacation rentals, multi family/single family homes, relocation, and first time home buyers. His favorite thing about the industry is building new relationships, "With every person I help, I make new friends and that is priceless". During his free time Ian enjoys searching for real estate investments, and training at a local mixed martial arts gym. Ian has met people from all walks of life and loves to meet new people and hear the stories the have.
